|Recommended: YesGreat Moving Experience — Recently moved into my new apartment and am very pleased with everything The staff is friendly and the apartment is in great condition. However, a few areas around the building could be cleaner, and some common doors could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall, a great still a great place to live and excited to get settled in
|Recommended: YesElevator Maintenance On 12 28 24 — One MAJOR flaw in the building is the all too frequent outage of one of two elevators. On Saturday 12 28 BOTH elevators were inoperable and I was one of 3 residents reporting the problem.
I am completing this review only to commend Shane on his professional reliable handling of the problem with me. I was entertaining early afternoon and without an elevator I would need to cancel plans. Shane said he would call with updates and he did - 3 times - maintenance has been called - workers are here assessing the problem - elevator is now working.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartment - Best In Cincy — I just moved in 3 weeks ago and I could not ask for a better place to live. I live alone in a 2bed 2 bath facing east and it is absolutely wonderful. I have been using the rooftop practically every night. Everyone is the elevator is super nice to, always saying have a good day Really love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live In Downtown Cincinnati — Seven at Broadway is a great place to live. Apartments are modern with high ceilings and stainless steel appliances. It is located in the central business district and a short walk to the banks and sports stadium. The community is friendly, and the facility is always kept clean. Overall, it's a wonderful apartment building, especially when working from home

|Recommended: YesSeven Was Amazing — The leasing staff and maintenance team always make you feel welcome. The multiple entry points with fingerprint scanners seemed daunting at first, but I quickly realized and appreciated the extra level of security. There is no trash chute in the garbage room, which causes overflow, but the staff already knows and agrees with this, so no negative impact on their rating. If anything they should be given kudos for marching up every floor every week, removing the trash manually. Seven was great to me for 3 years. Overall 9 10
